The Zero Room
The Zero Room is a Los Angeles based podcast addressing weekly news and issues relating to the entertainment industry. If there is a spaceship, a robot, some type of laser cannon, a superhero, a supervillain, a talking car, a phase-inverted plasma stream, a ghost, a monster, a zombie, or time travel (especially time travel) involved, we will cover it. This is the Zero Room guarantee.

This week on the show:

Another slow box office week is upon us, as no one went to see Jose's favorite film of the year, New Year's Eve. We review the Cabin in the Woods trailer, leading into a discussion about how much information might be too much when going into a strange, genre-bending film of this kind. There's also some more Star Trek 2 casting news, as well as a new director for The Man From U.N.C.L.E. and a quick talk about the (ludicrous) Video Game Awards on Spike. Best Thing/Worst Thing covers a truly bizarre British show about a pig, Jose finally catching up on Party Down, and a rant about the new XBox Dashboard Experience brought to you by Doritos and Scion.

Hosts : Doug and Jose

Opening Quote from : ITV's "Black Mirror"

Opening Music : "Dueling Banjos"

Closing Music : "Angry Again" - Megadeth
